Hal Donaldson is president of Convoy of Hope, a faith-based, non-profit organization that leads humanitarian initiatives across the United States and around the world.

"Through Convoy of Hope, Hal Donaldson has equipped everyday believers and ordinary churches to unleash tidal waves of kindness upon their communities. Like no other compassion ministry, Convoy shows us how to live out one of Christ’s most foundational teachings, that we would let our light shine before others, that they may see our good deeds and glorify our Father in heaven. Kindness and compassion—they are simply organic to Hal, and once you experience him, I have a feeling both will get deeply rooted in your spirit too." - Pastor Ray Noah

People in need have been provided with much- needed supplies and resources like warm meals, groceries, medical and dental screenings, free shoes, job opportunities, and business training through the efforts of Convoy of Hope. More than $1 billion (retail value) worth of food and supplies have been distributed to more than 85 million people.

He has authored more than 30 books, including his latest, Your Next 24 Hours: One Day of Kindness Can Change Everything.
