Spring Classes & Group Opportunities

    Posted Apr 5th, 2018

We want everyone at Portland Christian Center to have a place to BELONG and BECOME. This requires going beyond weekend services by involving yourself in a class or a small group. Whether you are a parent, senior, youth or child, we have a place for you to belong throughout the week!

    ADULTS

    Sunday Classes

    FaithBuilders

Beginning Sunday, April 15 at 9:00 AM, Room 229

In the DVD Series, Revealing the Mysteries of Heaven, Pastor David Jeremiah provides answers to questions about the nature of heaven. Come and hear what he has to say about the kinds of bodies heaven’s occupants will have, why heaven will never be boring, why infants and small children will go to heaven and the dwelling place God is preparing for Christians in heaven.

    LifeSkills

Beginning Sunday, April 8 at 9:00 AM, Gymnasium

Join us for our Spring Series, Worth Dying For. It’s been said that a person’s core values are the things that they go to the grave believing and practicing. Scripture teaches us that there were those who lived these values and believed that they were worth dying for. This series addresses our personal responsibilities in four core values of the church: worship, discipleship, community, and evangelism. Our time together will be Bible-centered, interactive, and engaging as we collectively and personally acknowledge God’s call to His church.

    Young Families

Beginning Sunday, April 8 at 9:00 AM, Room 217-219

Does your spouse’s behavior sometimes make you cringe? “She needs to lighten up.” “He needs to help out more.” “She thinks 15 minutes late is on time.” “He thinks showing up on time is late.” The two of you do and see things differently, but that doesn’t mean one is right and one is wrong. Rather, your differences are a fundamental part of who you are. Join us for this series as we help resolve personality conflicts and appreciate what’s unique about your mate and yourself!

    Japanese Fellowship Church

Sundays, 9:00 AM Bible Study & Prayer, 10:45 Sunday Celebration Service, Room 228

Join us to worship the Lord in Japanese! We welcome anyone who speaks Japanese or is interested in a Japanese worship experience. Led by Pastor Hiro Noda.
