Admissions
Thank you for your interest in Hilltop Preschool & Kindergarten. The admission process for the 2008-2009 is officially in progress! We are excited about our pre-school and kindergarten programs, and are looking forward to preparing for another great year. All new and returning students must fill out an application; please make not of the following information to secure a spot for your child at Hilltop in the upcoming school year.
Application Process
1. Application Form & Application Fee should be returned to the school office by February 15th.
$150.00 per new student non-refundable
$100.00 per returning student non-refundable
- New Families: Please include white immunization form.
- Kindergarten Families: Please include a copy of your student’s birth certificate.
Note: Application file is complete & ready to be processed when all forms are completed and fees paid.
2. Application is processed and placement decision is made by Hilltop Administration.
If Hilltop cannot place your student in any class, due to space limitations, the application fee will be refunded, less an administrative fee. If you choose to withdraw your application, the application fee will not be refunded. However, when space becomes available in a class, applicants will be reviewed based on the date of approved applications to determine admittance in accordance with our admission policy and process.
3. Confirmation letter is mailed out.

| * Tuition is based on an anual amount, which is divided into 10 equal payments. You may pay the entire amount at the beginning of the year, or make monthly payments by the first of each month, August 1st through May 1st. If the first falls on a Saturday or Sunday, payments wil be due the previous Friday. If payments are not made by the 10th of each month, a late fee will be charged to your account. | *** After School Kids M-F will be billed on a per hour basis with a $3.50/half hour charge when a child is late being picked up beyond a 5 minute grace period. Your balance due will reflect on your monthly invoice from Hilltop. | ||

Fees that are based on an annual amount will also be divided into 10 equal payments. You may pay the entire amount at the beginning of the year, or make monthly payments. Any fees that fluctuate from day to day will be invoiced on a monthly basis “after-the-fact”. These fees will be tallied from the first day of the month through the last day of the month, and will be included on your monthly invoices.
