Jim is the International Director of the Latin America Advanced School of Theology (LAAST) which helps train pastors, Bible school teachers and national leaders in nineteen Spanish speaking countries. Jim and Thelma pastored churches in Swisshome and Wallowa, Oregon before being appointed Assemblies of God missionaries. They served in Bolivia, South America from 1974 until 2000 prior to joining LAAST ministries.
